About
I’m fascinated by what happens after success starts working.
I’m Sherri Bartin.
I help successful professionals expand what they can achieve without giving away more of their lives to do it.

I don’t think ambitious people need smaller goals.
I think they may need better ways to achieve them.
Not another calendar strategy.
Not more discipline or harder work.
And certainly not getting better at tolerating what success is costing them.
Keep the ambition.Stop paying for it with more of your life.
Because eventually, the mindset, habits, roles, expectations, and ways of working that created one level of success can be the very things that begin limiting the next.
The work is building the capability for what comes next—
not just getting better at managing what you have now.
Results matter. So does how they’re produced.
- What did creating the result require?
- What became stronger?
- What became weaker?
- What did those achievements cost you?
- Did your success expand your life?
- Or just give you more to manage?
CleanSuccess grew out of those questions.

I know what it feels like to get what you wanted—and still want something different.
Early in my career, I remember flying regularly with the CEO and COO of my company on a private jet to meet important corporate clients.
I felt like I had arrived.
And I still wanted more.
So I kept moving into bigger sales roles, more responsibility, and more income. Eventually, I moved into financial services and earned a big title and the income to match.
On paper, it looked like success. And it was, by most professional measures.
But I had a deep longing for a truly whole life.
I also had to admit what achievement was costing me:
- More achievement often came with less sleep.
- Less exercise and less time to eat well.
- Less time with my family.
- Less room for the things I actually loved.
Even vacation came with a price. I used to joke that we had a generous vacation policy—you just paid for it before you left and again when you came back.
I understand this struggle because I lived it.
And it is a big part of why I am so passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with other successful professionals—
So they can achieve more without continually giving more of their lives away along the way.
Sooner than I did.
My work sits at the intersection of performance and people.
- Performance coaching.
- Personal growth.
- Leadership development.
- Human behavior.
- Identity.
- Natural strengths.
- Decision making.
- And more than three decades working with successful professionals, business owners, leaders, and families.
